Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple fresh, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper red, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes roma, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion Chopped
  • 1 jalapeño chopped, seeds removed Optional
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop all produce according to directions.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste with salt. Allow salsa to rest for 20 minutes before serving
