A Little About Me
It probably would’ve been obvious that I’d end up as a dietitian when, as a kindergartener, I requested my grandmother’s lima beans and happily ate unfrosted shredded wheat for breakfast. I’ve always loved food and been curious about how it nourishes us and affects how we feel. That curiosity led me to nutrition and dietetics, and twenty years later, I still happily spend much of my time thinking about food, health, and the ways the two intersect. I love being in the kitchen, exploring the grocery store or a local market, sharing meals with people I love, and discovering new restaurants. To me, food is about so much more than nutrition—it’s something to enjoy, explore, share, and connect over.
My background in community health and research has shaped a practical, science-based approach to nutrition. I love helping clients turn nutrition recommendations into real-life strategies that support their health without making food complicated or restrictive. My goal is to help you nourish your body and support your health without feeling like you have to eat perfectly.
