- Add garlic, shrimp, thyme, lemon slices, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and stir to coat. Marinate covered in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
Make
- Remove shrimp from the refrigerator and stir in beans.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then stir in spinach. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until shrimp is opaque and pink throughout.
- Serve immediately.
