We tried these tasty energy bites after finding the recipe over at the The Real Food Dietitian Blog and fell in love. Nothing says back to school like PB&J! These energy bites are perfect for lunch or for an afternoon pick me up! Can’t be much easier with only than 4 ingredients! Just mix, roll into a ball and eat! Need it to be nut-free? This recipe also tastes great with almond butter! Need it to be gluten-free? Make with gluten-free oats! I recommend finding a jelly without any added sugar or artificial sweeteners. I like Polaner spreadable fruit!
