Hummus & Veggie Pita

This portable, fast and delicious pita is sure to satisfy and keep you nourished on the go! It's easy to make, budget-friendly and easy to adapt to your needs and preferences.

  • 2 each Pita bread rounds
  • ½ cup Hummus
  • 2 oz Feta
  • 1 T Parsley chopped
  • 8 each Olives halved or sliced
  • 1/8 each red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Grape tomatoes halved
  • ¼ each Cucumber thin sliced
  • 2 t Olive oil optional, for finishing drizzle
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Lightly toast the pita bread.
  • Spread hummus evenly over the pita bread.
  • Top with vegetables, feta, parsley, and olive oil.
  • Enjoy!
